Hybrid PVR Machine
The Hybrid PVR Machine is a fully automatic system
designed for handling PGA devices up to 50x50 mm square
on JADEC tray with the objective of inspecting
straightness of the pins, missing pin or bent pin with
the aid of vision inspection and GO gauge inspection
system. Mainly controlled by PC with a touch screen
control with error message display. |
