Transfer System (Tray to
Tray)
The ZX-TT-1100 Tray to Tray transfer machine is a high
speed transfer system from one tray to another. It has
two independent motorized rotary pick head to pick,
rotate at any angle and place to another tray of
different tray matrix and orientation. All the axes of
this machine are servo motor driven to produce accurate
positioning. An optional tube loader un-loader module
can be installed in to this machine to convert it to a
tray to tray and tube tran sfer system. Optional vision
inspection system can also be installed to check for
orientation on the way to transfer. |
